Each Term Card is packed with a wealth of information crammed into its interlinked mini-card pages, detailing key dates in the school calendar, extra-curricular activities and sporting fixtures.

Former physics teacher Keith Caulkin, who has lent over 90 of these cards to the Archive collection, recalls: “These Cards were an excellent compendium of all the events, teams, societies of the school over a term.

“As they folded up to less than pocket size they were easily kept on the person for daily use. They were well used by staff and the student body. There was space for your own timetable of teaching and for pupils to list their lessons.”
